November 2

Republican or Democrat this election is very important. We had one of the biggest voter turnouts since the 60's and now our politicians are hoping that we may or may not continue this trend. We are at the point that we can hold our gov. accountable for it's actions because they believe we are paying attention. We can either prove them right or prove them wrong. We have serious issues that touch every soul on this soil. Whether it be economic, environmental, or social this election is important. We see now how important reaching across the aisle is to get something done. Bills that we may or may not need should not take months to be passed. America needs help now. We are the lifeline to our own democracy. For it to continue voter apathy must end and conscientiousness must begin.

  1. I'm not sure what it will take for the majority of this nation to come out and vote. Even if there isnt a candidate that you can totally relate to, it doesnt excuse a right that we all have to choice. How can we know what the people want if only half (or less) of registered voters actually go to the polls?
